ACTIVITIES WHILE IN THE PHILIPPINES
DAILY ACTIVITIES
Every day, if I have a school schedule, I will wake up at 5:30AM to get everything ready. At exactly 6AM, the fans will come pick us up and take us to school. We got on the Jeepney to move together, there were so many indescribable emotions, we got along very well and were always happy when traveling together. When we arrive at school, we will gather in the attic to arrange and prepare for observation and teaching hours. In my free time, I will go sightseeing, learn about, take photos of the surrounding scenery and hang out and chat with friends.
Our finishing time was 5PM, we took the bus together to go to SM - the shopping mall. From there, we will walk and talk together until we reach the dormitory. When we arrived at the dormitory, the students guided them back to their homes. I am truly grateful for all the support and love they have given us. I still remember it forever.
ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES
This is my dormitory while interning here. Right from the moment we arrived here, my siblings and I were welcomed very enthusiastically by the dormitory management and they gave me a very good view of them. I really love the dormitory - the place that sheltered me during my internship here.
This is SM - the commercial center in Baguio. This is also the first place where my group and I were supported by students to visit and have our first meal. And from then on, whenever I have free time, I often go sightseeing and shopping.
This is Burnham - where SLU students take us for a walk when we have time.
The last week before returning to Vietnam, the teachers took us to visit famous places in Baguio city. The first destination is Baguio Botanical Garden. This destination is truly wild, ancient but also very beautiful. The air is open, there are many beautiful flowers, and the poetic scenery really makes me happy and I took a lot of photos here. This place is very similar to the flower city of Da Lat in Vietnam.
The second destination is Mines View Park. This is where I can observe the majestic mountain scenery here but I am afraid of heights. This place really attracts many tourists to visit and sell many souvenirs. I bought a lot of gifts.
The third destination is the Baguio Museum. This is a museum that displays objects and images that I saw for the first time. This place is quite similar to a Vietnamese museum, there are many artifacts and in particular, right behind the museum is an extremely beautiful scene: lake, stream and even clouds passing by people's bodies. we. Really amazing.
This was a very memorable day of experience for me. I was able to visit the beautiful scenery here and also understand more about the culture of the country when I first arrived thanks to this student exchange program. For me, this is a memorable trip, an experiential trip, a wonderful trip.
