E. Summary and Suggestions

 1.1 Purposes of practicum (meets or not meets your need)

With this internship program, for me it is a good opportunity for people in the new age like us. The program gives me the opportunity to interact and teach directly, not in Vietnam but abroad, giving me the opportunity to improve my knowledge, improve the quality of teaching and improve my skills. me. communicate. In addition, it also helps me make new friends, friendly and lovely people in the Philippines. This is the internship that meets my needs.








 

 

1.2 Procedures of practicum

   My internship process is as follows:

-  Learn about Saint Louis University

- Go to the Saint Louis University Laboratory High School to meet school leaders

- Meet lecturers and observe classrooms

- Support the teaching process

- Organize classroom teaching

- Listen to comments from lecturers and finish the internship program at Saint Louis University Laboratory High School.









1.3. Outcomes of practicum

   I had a very interesting trip, made many friends and learned and improved my English, and understood Filipino culture. And more importantly, I can learn how to organize, teach and be confident when teaching in front of the class. A very successful internship for me.




 

 1.4. The challenges of practicum

The biggest challenge for me is the language barrier. Because my English level is only usable and not good, I am quite self-conscious. But I overcame this challenge and had a successful internship.

 

1.5. Overall impression

My biggest symbol is that this student exchange program is a golden opportunity for students of pedagogical majors to not only practice but also have many other benefits. We get to go abroad, learn about a new culture, a new country and learn valuable experiences that we don't always find. And the program has created a foundation for me to become a good educator in the future.


1.6. Suggestions for future improvement

As far as I know, in Vietnam only Dong Thap University participates in this Sea-Teacher program. I suggest that we can promote the upcoming program more to attract more schools to participate and increase the spirit of cohesion between schools.
